Snowman in Canada

It is the first time Abby sees snow in Canada. An uncle, I guess, has made a snowman with twigs as hands, two dry leaves as eyes, another twig as mouth. In the top photo, Abby looks happy when seeing a snowman before her .

We do not have snow in Hong Kong, but some of our shopping centres have displayed a number of beautiful snowmen and some smaller snow-children.










They look beautiful with their woollen hats, scarves, gloves, buttons and pockets. They all carry happy smiles on their faces.

In another photo, a snowman and his son are ready to brush the snow with their brooms.

A Special Christmas Tree

Do you believe that a Christmas tree can be made of chocolate? Here it is.

I found this wonderful and edible tree in Ma On Shan. I did not know that it was made of chocolate until I read its description on a board which said, “全球最高(22尺)純朱古力聖誕樹” made by Alain Roby who had applied for a Guinness World Record.






Besides this Christmas tree, there were other smaller fancy ones below.

Standing in front were the snow-pa/snow-ma (I did not know their sex) and their snow-daughter and snow-son.

加拿大小丸子

Abby十月回飛加拿大之前幾日，我在麥當當換購了一個玩具小丸子給她.

在她上機那天，一個壊消息轉來，Connie說她曾見Abby帶著小丸子去附近的大活活吃早餐，及後找不到，大家相信玩具小丸子一定被遺留了。

在機場時，我很想在那裏麥當當補買一個小丸子給Abby，但是眾人意見是不要買，那麼就算數了！

最奇怪的事情發生了。過了航機原本起飛時間，Connie打了一個電話回來說航機需要修理才可起飛；在等候期間，她在Abby的寶貝袋裏面找到了玩具小丸子，我這個買家曾經失落過，立時心情好得多了。

我看最近照片中的Abby與玩具小丸子那麼相似，相信當她看玩具小丸子隨著音樂跳舞時會蠻開心的樣子，心裏面即時覺得很奇妙！

大致上，魚子醬裏的魚子多取自鰉魚及鱘魚。照蘇絲黃所講，比較淺色的魚子所做出來的醬比較好味。

二萬八千元的早餐

最近，我在蘇Good節目中，見識了二萬八千元的早餐。








在杭州，蘇絲黃的朋友帶她去吃這個早餐時，發現桌上放了幾罐不同國家的魚子醬。享用早餐的諸位都是將自選的魚子醬塗在小小的麵粉做的餅上，然後放入口中。








這樣的早餐實在貴得驚人！在我而言，現實中和發夢都不會吃，早餐吃炸魚柳就算了。

A Domino Game (骨牌遊戲) in Netherland (2)

Figure by figure are unveiled when dominoes fell in the Game in Netherland.

Here the first figure of the “peoples’ hero” of South America(南美民族英雄), Che Guevara (切‧格瓦拉) showed up when dominoes fell from one corner to the opposite one.

The second figure that appeared was Dalai Lama of Tibet (達賴喇嘛).








I do not understand why a picture can be seen when the dominoes fall down. Amazing!








The 26 year-old hotel heiress, Paris Hilton, was the famous celebrity that appeared next. She was in the list of "Missing". If she was found, one might get a reward of "US $5000".

A Domino Game (骨牌遊戲) in Netherland (1)

Domino games are interesting to watch. The setting up of these dominoes requires intensive care, skill and clever design. Once the game has started, people marvel at the talent of the builders who create such interesting arrangements of dominoes. These dominoes, when fall, will reveal pictures, disrupt some structures and activate some simple mechanic devices to make the falling of other dominoes possible.

Let us see some of the highlights (from TV) of a game played in Netherland.

A light brown pyramid collapsed when the line of yellow dominoes fell and pushed it down. How amazing to see a perfect designed pyramid that could be destroyed by just a few dominoes at its base!

Male and Female

A big surprise came to me when I found these interesting figures of a male and a female inside a pedestrian subway.



They came from the wise use of coloured tiles by talented artists, young or old. These people had turned subways into art galleries.

From now on, we shall never feel dull when crossing our streets of Hong Kong underground. We may have a few minutes of fun on our way through subways.

Angels singing

These lovely angels in a shopping centre at Shatin brought me back the tunes from the Christmas carol:
