Correction: The left hand side photo has 5 people and the right hand side has 10, therefore: The right hand side photo has 5 more people than the left hand side photo.
There are at least two people who have not moved by one step. However, it could be a third one, who was standing near the traffic light. This one could not be sure as the feet was blocked by the trafic lamp. We can only see the umbrella, which could not prove that person had not moved the feet.
