At first sight of the top photo, the car looks very much like those usual electric cable cars running on rails, but this one runs on "tyres". There are railings at its sides to protect the tourists from falling off. I like this kind of cars because cool fresh air can rush in while the car is moving.
It is different in Hong Kong. Although most of the buses are air-conditioned, the air inside is not fresh at all because it has been trapped and sealed off. Without choice, all the passengers breathe in and out the same stale air.

The "Fun Tours" must be fun, the leisure ride is a great contrast to the crowded train in your other photo.
