The Royal Wedding of William and Catherine was held yesterday, April 29th, 2011 at Westminster Abbey, just round the corner from Buckingham Palace.The abbey looks ancient, not big, but grand. The abbey viewed from above is cross-shaped. The chambers are long and narrow. The guests and choirs sat compactly on the sides of the nave and transept.
The abbey is beautiful because of its arches, pillars, stained windows and ceiling decorations. It is interesting to find trees planted inside, but, to some extent, they did block the sights of those guests who sat further away from the altar.

Yes, Westminster Abbey looks grand and beautiful, and it represents so much history of Britain. Princess William ( Catherine ) looks beautiful and radiant, especially after the wedding. Prince William seems to be quite a down to earth royal person. We wish them all the best.
William is handsome and young while Catherine is beautiful, charming, amiable and pleasant. They are a perfect couple in the Royal Family of Britain.
