Life Added to a Footbridge

The day before yesterday, August 8th, our eyes and mouths became wide open when we first saw beautiful potted plants placed at the two sides of the footbridge that we often use to cross the road to a Ma On Shan Railway Station.

We don’t know where they came from, but we guess that it was the work of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. It is really a good thing to see such lovely flowers enjoying sunshine and rain on a footbridge like this on different days of a week.

One problem comes to my mind. How often are these plants watered and given nutrients? I never know. I do hope these flowering plants live healthily there and please our eyes all the time.

Long live the beautiful flowers!
