Paintings seem never finished

To me, these new paintings which appeared at different stations of the East Rail line recently are low-grade ones.

[1] Low painting technique –
(a) The flowers are not realistic.
(b) The colours are not attractive.
(c) The drawing skill is of primary level

[2] The outlined flowers give people an impression that they are not real and that the painting has not yet completed.

[3] The number of stigmas and stamens are irregular in different flowers.

[4] The leaves do not have veins.

[5] The whole picture looks plain and plane, without perspective (3 dimensions).
The Chinese calligraphy of “九龍塘”at Kowloon Tong Station (East Rail) this time is inferior to those at MTR stations on Hong Kong Island and those at the newer stations from Yau Tong to Po Lam.
