Lovely Animal Doctors

Some dog-owners gathered at City One to wait for the function “動物醫生愛心慈善 BOXING DAY” to begin at 2:30 p.m. They lined up their lovely dogs before the advertisement board to have a “group” photo taken.

I was able to catch this interesting moment and took a few shots of the lovely dogs. The dogs were so well-disciplined that they looked at their owners without moving. The latter ordered them to stay where they were to take photos.

In recent years, some dogs in Hong Kong are trained and sent to hospitals to cheer the patients there. These dogs are so called “Animal Doctors” because they can heal the patients’ anxiety and worries about their ill health. The latter will feel happy and warm when they see the dogs. What a good thing these dogs do to our patients in this way.
