A Fish's head and tail

Connie, Philip and Abby could not attend the Home-coming party for Hayley on November 8th, but I had preserved the head and the tail of a red garoupa(紅斑) for Philip, not in my refrigerator but in my memory card.

During the dinner, one sample of cooked dishes of food was taken round and shown to the customers of each table and then the former would be divided and distributed in small dishes to the latter. No photos could be taken because the dishes of food were held in "mid-air" and they were just “flashes" of images across our eyes.

The fish and tail were exceptions. The restaurant expected that some of the customers would like to eat these two valuable parts called “有頭有尾”. Philip would have eaten them if he had been in Hong Kong.

Now that we have distance-learning, distance-monitoring……., there is no reason why distance-eating is not possible.

Eyes can eat ice-cream, so they can fish head and tail.
