There are 23 rooms with toilets, common rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, a games room, a library and a garden. After referral from the hospital, a family can reside and use the facilities there. Not only the parents can take care of their sick children most of the time in the hospital, but they can also live with the rest of the members of their families. They feel “at home” and share among themselves the experience in caring others, food therapy and cooking skills.

The Ronald McDonald Houses here are also doing the same job. They are really good facilities for those families who need the help, especially that some families really live far away and some even in the countries, and that public transport here is very under developed.
