There was no school today, but before noon, the signal no. 8 was lowered and replaced by signal no. 3. It meant that lots of people would have to go back to work in the afternoon. Winds still remained gusty and rain fell horizontally (with winds blowing sideways).
It was great that I took a photo of the sky before the typhoon came. Perhaps it might be an indication to me next time when I see the sky which looks like this.

It must have been disappointed for those who had to go back to work under windy and rainy condition.
