The new products of Ribena are its carbonated drinks in glass bottles called “Sparkling Ribena”. This kind of products provides another choice for soft drinks. The shape of each bottle is like that of a coke, slimmer at its waist. It is an ideal shape because people can hold it firmly at its mid-section. The big difference here is the cap. The cap can be turned to open the bottle. We do not need a cork opener. Today it costs HK$5.9 a bottle, but a Coke, also in glass bottle of a bigger capacity, costs HK$5.5. Can this new taste of a Sparkling Ribena beat that of a traditional Coke?
