A Suspension Bridge over a Road

For the first time, I saw a suspension bridge built across a road at Tsuen Wan. Thick wires pulled the bridge tightly in the air from a device which looked like half of a bow. This bridge did bring me great interest and marvels at modern science.

At the moment I took this photo, the bridge was not yet opened to the public. The large windows and lights had not been fitted. I believe it will be air-conditioned and water-proofed when finished. Hopefully it will be completed in the coming hot season and provide a comfortable and safe crossing for pedestrians to different shopping centres in the area.
