Yesterday was the Official Graduation Day for all degree holders at CU(Bachelor, Master and Doctor degree). Tony was sitting among those of the Master degree holders at the University Mall (林蔭大道). His mother was in the midst of the spectators behind. The ceremony was a simple one because only those of Honorary and Doctor degree holders could go up to the stage to accept their degrees. The rest of the degree holders stood up from their own seats when they were called upon to receive their degrees. Soon, light refreshments were served. If one had a good appetite, he/she could feed himself/herself to the full. Before our celebration dinner for Tony at our usual restaurant began, we brought Abby to see the biggest knitted bear in Asia and to take photos with it.
Connie raised Abby up and held her in her arms so that Abby could be high enough by then to have a photo taken. We could tell Abby that she had once visited this Giant World (大人國) at Sunshine City with this photo. It was really a memorable moment for Abby and us all.

Congratulations again! As most of the people did not get to go up the stage, probably taking photos and having refreshments became the highlight of the event.
Both Abby and the big bear are very cute. Wonder how much space and to what cost are required for storage of the bear and the baby face Santa. Will they be used again next year or do the people here always crave for new ideas each year?
