The Peninsula Hotel

The Peninsula Hotel is a grand hotel in Hong Kong as well as in the World. As tall buildings began to surround it, its building gradually shrunk to a dwarf on Salisbury Road.

Some years ago, it was reconstructed, having a tall building emerged from the old one. This combination of the old and the new buildings looks like an armchair overlooking the Victoria Harbour.

At night its look is beautiful like the glamour of jewels embedded in a giant armchair. However in the morning, it has a different look because the heights of the old and the new buildings do not match at all!

I really don't like the extension of the Peninsula Hotel. It totally ruins its classic look!
